Sany Heavy Industry LLC was established.

1995

Sany Heavy Industry successfully developed and started to sell concrete pumps.

1998

Sany Heavy Industry successfully developed and started to sell concrete pump trucks.

2000

Sany Heavy Industry LLC was restructured to be Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.

Sany Heavy Industry’s concrete pump and concrete pump truck occupied the largest market share in China.

2002

Sany Heavy Industry’s super-high pressure concrete pump HBT90CH set the new world record of vertical pumping height 406m at Hong Kong International Financial Center.

2003

On July 3rd 2003, Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.’s A stock was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange.

2005

Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. became the first listed company to complete non-tradable shares reform in China.

2006

Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. built the first 6S Center in Guangzhou.

Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. signed an investment memorandum with the Government of Maharashtra (India) to invest 60 million dollars in building a manufacturing base in Maharashtra, Pune, India.

2007

Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. acquired Sany Heavy Machinery, adding pile driving machinery to the product portfolio.

Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. signed an investment memorandum with Georgia State (USA) to invest 60 million US dollars in building a research, development and manufacturing base in Georgia.

Sany Heavy Industry’s 66m concrete pump truck held the Guinness Record for the longest boom of concrete pump trucks in the world.

2008

Sany Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. renewed the world record it created in 2002 by pumping vertically to the height of 492m with the super-high pressure concrete pump HBT90CH at Shanghai World Financial Center.

2009

Sany Heavy Industry signed an investment agreement with the Government of North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany). 100 million Euros would be invested to build a R&D and manufacturing base in North Rhine-Westphalia, which has been the largest investment made so far by a Chinese enterprise in Europe.

Sany Heavy Industry ranked the 36th in Forbes 2009 Asia’s Fab 50.

The 72m concrete pump truck of Sany Heavy Industry was recognized as pump truck with the longest boom in the world by Guinness World Records.

2010

Sany Heavy Industry acquired Sany Heavy Machinery, extending its product portfolio to excavators.

Sany Heavy Industry acquired Sany Automobile Co,. Ltd. and Hunan Automobile Co., Ltd., extending its product portfolio to truck cranes and concrete mixer trucks.

Sany Heavy Industry signed a letter of intent with the Government of St Paul (Brazil) to invest 200 million US dollars in St Paul to build a manufacturing base.

The first overseas industrial park of Sany Heavy Industry in Pune, India was put into operation.

2011

Sany Heavy Industry entered into FT Global 500 as the 431st with the market capitalization of $21.584 billion.
