St. Marlo is a golf club community in the John’s Creek area of Duluth, Georgia. This community current consists of more than 600 homes, and when completed, will contain 934 homes. This is a family community offering swim/tennis and golf facilities, with homes ranging in price from $500,000 to over $2 million. St. Marlo has developed a community website in order to increase interaction and communication among owners. Residents visit the website to view community newsletters and announcements, see schedules and sign up for social activities, locate neighbors in the community directory, post messages for fellow residents and much more. They also rely on the website for information on local vendors, stores, restaurants and services in the “Classified Ads” section. Hits to the Classified Ad section have exceeded 700 monthly, and will continue to grow with the community.
We are offering local merchants and service providers a chance to make themselves known to a very targeted audience of local customers at an extremely reasonable price. You can place a classified ad on the St. Marlo website starting at $20 per month. Your ad can include a description of your products or services, any specials you may be offering, coupons, a menu, your address, directions, even a link to your website – all for less money than it costs to distribute 20 flyers! Package rates for newsletter and website advertising are also available at a discount.

Sponsorships are Available!!
Advertisers interested in making a 12-month commitment will be considered “Partial Sponsors”. In addition to the ad space, these advertisers will be entitled to place one 8 ½ x 11 insert in one month of the community newsletter. Copies of the insert need to be delivered to the HOA onsite office by the 25th of the month, and will be hand-delivered to homeowners in the subsequent newsletter distribution.
