Policy.Systems change that builds solutions across youth and adult services, ensuring forward-thinking practices.
Housing.Connecting individuals with disabilities, families and professionals who share a passion for developing initiatives that address the critical need for residential options for young adults with varying support needs.
Complex Transitions.Advocating together to eliminate barriers to community participation for young adults with the most significant disabilities.
/ The missionof 21 and Able is to ensure that young adults with disabilities have the best chance for independence and success in their adult lives.
We do this through policy and advocacy, increasing access to resources and information, and promoting new models of inclusion and opportunity.
Achieving our goal means moving closer to creating a paradigm shift among legislators, government agencies, service providers, educators, business, and society as a whole.
