Graves County Fiscal Court met this day in a regular called meeting. Those present were Commissioners Todd Hayden, Tyler Goodman, and Richie Galloway.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the minutes from the February 13, 2017 Regular Fiscal Court Meeting.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Kentucky Department of Transportation Rural Secondary Recommendations for 2017-2018. Flex Funds Available for Graves County is $351,388.00 for FY 2017-2018.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to advertise for a Full Size SUV, bids to be taken back March 13, 2017 at 9:00 AM.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to surplus a 1992 Ford F150, VIN#1FTEX14N2NKB31360.

Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the January 2017 Jail Housing Report.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Todd Hayden, all members of the court present voting aye to approve the Recommended Cost of Living Increase for Elected Officials at 2.0740%.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to abolish the Symsonia Parks Board.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Richie Galloway, all members of the court present voting aye to appoint Rick Johnson to the Symsonia Community Development Board.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to appoint Marvin Bell to the Symsonia Community Development Board.

Motion made by Richie Galloway, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye on the approval to hire an employee at the Graves County Road Department.

Motion made by Tyler Goodman, seconded by Todd Hayden , all members of the court present voting aye on the approval to hire an employee in the Graves County Judge Executive Office for Administrative duties.

Motion made by Todd Hayden, seconded by Tyler Goodman, all members of the court present voting aye to allow the County Attorney to represent the Graves County Fiscal Court in lawsuit pertaining to the Hog Ordinance.

Mr. Denis Canter was present discussing the rebar in Rex Road.
