Committee Management-Creating Roster

Go to https://inside.era.nih.gov/

Log on to Committee Management.

Click on Meetings.

On the Meeting Data page click on Clear Query.

Fill in data fields:

·  Acronym (ZAI1)

·  Council Round

·  SRO’s Name

Click on Run Query.

On the Meeting Details section locate your meeting and select Meeting Roster from the drop-down menu (default) in the Action column.

Click GO

On the Meeting Roster page click Add Meeting Attendee and the Meeting Attendee Maintenance screen appears.

Categories of Members

Standing Members: Currently serving members of an IRG

Non-Standing Members (SEP members and ad hoc members of IRG)

·  Previous Members: members with previous committee service

·  Other Members: no committee record in Impac

Federal Staff: (DFO [SRO] or staff involved in support of the committee [ESA])

Other Person: Non-Members (federal staff other than SRO and ESA, mail reviewers, non-voting observer)

Add a Previous Member

Click on Previous Member on the Meeting Attendee Maintenance screen.

Type last and first name (optional) in search fields.

Click Search Member.

Click select in the Action column.

Data is populated from previous service.

·  Attendee Role (04=SEP, 02=Chairperson, 19=Mail Reviewer)

·  Attendee Classification (R=Regular, T=Teleconference, M=Outside Opinion/Mail Reviewer)

Click OK - person is on the roster!

To Edit a Meeting Attendee

On the Meeting Roster page select Edit Meeting Attendee on the drop-down menu.

Click GO and the Meeting Attendee Maintenance page appears.

Click on Person Involved.

On the Person Administration page update person Title. Click Save.

To update Role Person Address click on Edit for address type chosen (MLG, ROS).

Update person affiliation, address, phone, fax and email.

Click Save

To Add New Person to Roster

On the Meeting Attendee Maintenance screen click Other Member.

Enter name into search field.

Click Run Query

If person is not found the button Create Person for Roster appears and click this button.

Fill in Role Person Information.

Add Profile Person Address and Role Person Address.

Click Continue Roster Mbr.

Fill in Serving as Fed Emp and and Fed Emp Code fields.

Click OK – person is on the roster.

Edit meeting attendee (affiliation, address, phone, fax, email)
