Relation to Standards
  • I like how you have a link to the NYS standards page
  • Very well organized congruency page. I like the different colors in the table.
/ Relation to Standards
  • Possibly throw a graphic on the standards page
  • Possibly in the congruency table you can link the student work column to the student work page (same with assessment column)
  • You have TSWBAT a lot and I know what it means but some other people might not. Maybe you can put a key at the bottom of the page?

  • Thanks! I did.
  • Great idea!
  • I will do that.

Intellectual Challenge
  • Great connection with Math and English.
  • The assignment is a great example of intellectual challenge because the students need to know what each coin looks like, it’s value, and it’s name. I love it!
/ Intellectual Challenge
  • Maybe have students create their own money poem.
/
  • I like that idea. We did something similar on the other days leading to this lesson.

Assessment Plan
  • Your scores are very well organized and easy to follow in the tables.
/ Assessment Plan
  • On the teacher exemplar page, you could possibly make the money sort worksheet image a link to the larger.
  • On the comments page, you did not fill in the instructors score.

  • Did it. Thanks for the suggestion!
  • Thanks! Didn’t realize that.

Engagement
  • The website is very engaging with the variation of colors. It also has nice lines to break the page.
  • The money sort assignment is very engaging because the students need to glue the correct coins into the piggy banks.
  • All of your links work nicely. They pop up quick and easy

Adaptability
  • The homework assignment gives students’ the opportunity to format it in their own way.
  • The modification table is well organized with many links, which make it easy to follow for the reader.
/ Adaptability
  • On the reflection page, the side bars only link you to two of the three reflection pages. I noticed that when you simply click on the reflection link it takes you to the third one, but you may want to change that. List all three.

  • Thanks! Fixed it.

Technology Integration
  • Nice use of Every Day Math activities on the computer.
