6:00 PM NWSA Annual Membership and Registration (In front of the Ft. Vancouver Ballroom)
7:00 PM Reception Hosted by NWSA (In the Fort Vancouver Ballroom)
This year, we will feature the Presentation of the Hall of Fame Awards. Our special guest Elisabeth Goth will be joining us for the reception. Elisabeth has been an avid supporter and leader of the equestrian community for many years. She has been an inspiration and resource to innumerable horse enthusiasts through both her pursuit of excellence and the varied roles she has played within the community. We are so honored to have her join us. A selection of hors d’oeuvres will be served and a no-host cash bar will be available.

8:30 AM NWSA Youth Breakfast & Meeting (In the Fort Vancouver Ballroom)
All NWSA Youth are invited to attend this annual event. Elisabeth Goth would like to meet with our Youth members in an informal setting so that she can discuss topics that are important to them. This is a no host breakfast meeting.
8:30 AM Futurity Meeting (In the Hotel Restaurant)
Everyone is welcome to attend! Topics will include election of officers, results of the Open and Amateur Futurities, a Treasurer’s Report, 2015 fundraising activities recap, and plans for 2016.
10:00 AM Annual Membership Meeting (In the Fort Vancouver Ballroom)
During the Annual meeting, the NWSA members will receive reports on Membership, NWSA Open and Amateur Futurities, the Fall Classic Horse Show, Silver Circuit, Youth Activities, a Treasurer’s Report, the Association’s website and an update on the national ASHA Charter Club Council. Election of our new Board members will be held.
12:30 PM Luncheon with Special Guest Elisabeth Goth (In the Fort Vancouver Ballroom)
You’re invited to come listen to our inspiring special guest Elisabeth Goth as we enjoy lunch with friends both old and new. Elisabeth will share slides and tales of the many wonderful horses she has had over the years. You can expect to hear about their different personalities and special traits that helped make each one unique and truly special. Her talk will cover aspects of showing horses both as a sport and as a business. By the time your meal is finished you’ll be sure to feel her love of and passion for the American Saddlebred.
6:00 PM Social Hour, Silent & Live Auction Preview (In the Fort Vancouver Ballroom)
Get ready to enjoy a night of great food, fun and surprises! Be sure to stop at the no-host bar while you visit with friends and preview the exciting live auction items on display as well as the silent auction items. Credit cards will be accepted to assist with your auction purchases. Reminder: NWSA is a 501c3 non-profit corporation. All donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
7:00 PM NWSA Banquet and Awards Presentation (In the Fort Vancouver Ballroom)
Our delicious plated dinner features a choice of entrees that include Columbia River King Salmon with a Buttered Faro and Wild Rice, Spiced Butternut Squash, Parsley, Sage and Coriander Cream or Double RR New York Steak Roasted Red Potatoes, Pearl Onions, Shitake Mushrooms and Scallions, as well as a Vegetarian option, Hudson’s Caesar salad, and much more!
