Columbus Lacrosse Club Ad Sales Form
Be a part of the fastest growing sport in the country.
Columbus Lacrosse Club (CLC) will be providing game day programs at 70+ home games for our youth and high school teams. The program will include a page for each of the six teams including a roster. We will also include a Columbus Lacrosse Club general info page, Lacrosse 101 info page, and a sponsors listing page. CLC is also offering the opportunity to for sponsors wishing to include timely coupons, specials, and offers in the game day programs. CLC will make its website available for advertising opportunities to our sponsors. We will also be posting team banners with sponsor’s information at each game for additional advertising exposure. Ad Forms must be received by March 15 to guarantee entry in first printing of game day program any sales after that day will be added at the next printing and ads will run for a full year.

Gold Sponsor: $1,000
A Gold sponsor receives a full page ad/coupon in game day programs on page of your choice, rotating banner ad at top of the CLC website on all pages with link to your website, rotating listing with link in sidebar of website on all web pages, listing with link on sponsors page and recognition banner at games. Page choices are first come first served.
Silver Sponsor: $750
A Silver sponsor receives a three quarter page ad/coupon in game day programs, rotating banner ad on all pages of website with link to your website, listing with link on sponsor page and recognition banner at games.
Bronze Sponsor: $500
A Bronze sponsor receives a half page ad/coupon in game day programs, listing with rotating side bar ad and link on CLC home page
Goal Box Sponsor $400 includes 1/4 page ad in game day brochure, rotating side bar ad on team pages.
Face Off Sponsor $200 includes a business card ad in game day brochure, listing on sponsor page of website.
Business Listing $100 listing on sponsors page on website with link and game day program.
Friends of Lacrosse Listing $50 listing in sponsors page on website and program.
