COLONEL CHAD D. RADUEGE

Colonel Chad D. Raduege is the Vice Commander, White House Communications Agency. In this capacity, he assists the commander in leading a joint headquarters and four operational units. Colonel Raduege travels worldwide with the President to provide assured information services to the President, Vice President, named successors, National Security Council, White House Staff, the United States Secret Service and the White House Military Office to ensure instantaneous secure and non-secure worldwide communications required to lead the nation. Previously, Colonel Raduege served as the Commander, 690thCyberspace Operations Group, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, which deliveredintegrated network operations for the United States Air Force by operating and maintaining command, control, communications, and computer systems in support and defense of the Air Force Information Network. The Group also operated the Air Force Mission Support Center, the Air Force Information Network Mission Assurance Center, and executedEnterprise Service Desk support for all Air Force network users.

Colonel Raduege entered the Air Force in 1994 as a distinguished graduate of The Ohio State University. An Operation JOINT GUARD veteran, he has commanded seven times at the detachment, squadron, and group levels, to include deployed commands supporting Operations IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM. In addition, he has served as a staff officer at the Major Command, Air Staff, Joint Staff, and Office of the Secretary of Defense levels. Colonel Raduege is married to the former Kimberly Bassett of Oklahoma City, OK and has two sons, Michael (19) and Zachary (16).
