GROUP REQUIREMENTS

Language Course15 hours per week, placement test on arrival, course levels:A2 – B2,

delivery of teaching material, international classes of maximum 14 students, final certificate

Activity Programme

2 full-day excursions: London, Cambridge;

2 half-day excursion: Colchester, Clacton on Sea,

(Excursions could be subject to change);

sport: football, tennis, volleyball, swimming, etc..

leisure activities in the afternoon and evening as in the programme

Accommodation Full Board – Twin room -Host family-

  • Max. 2 Italian guest per family, unless one asks to be the only italian guest;
  • Max. 4 guest students per family
  • Host families will be interested in the students and normally will eat meals with them (except weekdays & Saturdays lunch - packed lunch provided by host family)
  • No student should be accommodated in a sofa bed or asked to share a double bed
  • Host family will advise the group leader (or local organiser) if the student fails to follow the rules for time-keeping
  • The host family will be in the city area no more than 30 minutes of journey from the school.
  • As for the rest we refer to “HomestayProvider’s Booklet” ILH.
  • Avoid family changing during the course time except for exceptional circumstances or group leader request due to lack of respect of hospitality conditions specified in the contract and in the “Homestay Provider’s Booklet”. In case of family changing, ILH will immediately informComunedi Bologna about all data concerning a new family (name and address).

Free e-mail and Internet access: the possibility for the students and the group leaders to have a free access to an Internet point, in order to use the e-mail

NET PRICE

£ 846 per student based on 12/25 students including bus passes

- free airport transfer for groups of 20 or more students.

- 1 free group leader for every 12 paying students, group leader extra fee £ 400 for 2 weeks (Single room accommodation)

- £ 50 supplement for children who need a special diet
