CMMS Drama Club goes to Broadway!

This year’s Drama Club trip will be on May 10, 2017. Forty-nine members and five chaperones will be attending a Wednesday matinee of Kinky Boots! Transportation will be by a fancy-schmancy motor coach and lunch will be at Carmine’s in NYC. The price per student will be $80.00. The Drama Club will pick up a significant part of the student cost.

You might say “But Mr. Vaughn, I don’t want to pay. How can I go for free or at a reduced price???? “ Well I’m glad you asked….

In an effort to offset the cost of the trip you can earn $25.00 for each full page of ads that you sell. If you sell the equivalent of three full pages of ads, your trip is free. Ads can be sold to businesses, family and friends.

A full page ad is $80.00

Half (1/2) page ad is $45.00

Quarter (1/4) page ad is $25.00

A full page ad can be any combination of the above. For example:

2 half page ads would be the equivalent of full page

4 quarter page ads would be the equivalent of f page ads would be the equivalent of full page

1 half and 2 quarter page ads would be the equivalent of full page

The attached form MUST accompany all ads. If you sell 5 ads there must be 5 accompanying ad forms. A check, made out to CMMS, or cash must accompany each ad form.

Most years our entire bus sells out from students selling ads! Don’t wait until the last minute!

Review by Christopher Bonanos from New York Magazine

What we have, in 'Kinky Boots', is a well-fitted, well-staged toe-tapper in the contemporary big-Broadway idiom. It’s never boring; it’s never shocking; you are likely to leave entirely entertained and satisfied. Can’t argue with that.
