Club Berth Qualifications
AGREEMENT
This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this ______day of ______,
20__, by and between______(“Bass Club”) and Fishing4ReelOutdoors in cooperative agreement with Fishing with Jim Austin. Known as (“network”)
The 20__ season will be split into two series. Fishing4Reel Outdoors and Fishing with Jim Austin. They will cooperatively alternate month’s dates being on the 1st 2nd or 4th Saturday of the month once a month excluding August, November and December!
There will be one tournament a month with four tournaments per series.
A championship classic tournament will be held every 2nd Saturday and Sunday of October. To qualify for the championship, each team MUST be in the top ten in points from either series. Point’s winners from each series will make up the first twenty tournament berths. Winners of the Bass Club Championships or AOY points will determine the final berths. If the winning team has already qualified for the Classic tournament through either series or another club then the second place winner in the Club will fill the slot.
Clubs MUST hold a berth spot in the NETWORK with a completed agreement along with a $500 berth fee per year due first Friday in August every year. The Classic will be held the 2nd Saturday and Sunday of October every year at different lake locations.
Clubs will receive name inclusion in all advertising, websites and pro-staff custom shirts.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the mutual covenants and conditions contained in this Agreement and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and shall continue for a term of two (2) years (“Initial Term”), unless earlier terminated in accordance with its terms. At the end of said Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive subsequent one (1) year terms thereafter unless either party notifies the other thirty (30) days before the end of the existing term that the party does not intend to renew or unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Termination of the Agreement. This Agreement shall terminate upon any one or more of the following events:
(a) The mutual agreement by the parties in writing setting forth the effective
Date of termination;
(b) Either party becoming insolvent, or the subject of bankruptcy,
Receivership, reorganization, dissolution, liquidation or other similar proceedings, which
Proceedings are not dismissed within sixty (60) days of their commencement.
