Program Description:

Sebesta Blomberg and Marsden Bldg Maintenance partnered to achieve Minnesota’s first and only LEED-EB 2.0 Certification from the USGBC. With both companies offering their support and expertise to their clients with regard to environmental sustainability and USGBC LEED Certification, this was a natural step toward practicing what was being preached. With full support from the very top, Sebesta Blomberg pulled their team together and brought Marsden, their longtime cleaning contractor, into the loop. Find out what it took for Sebesta Blomberg to achieve their LEED-EB Silver Certification. How they continued the process even after key players moved onto other endeavors.
