Being able to close your group presentations effectively is very important. The party/class/group presentation is where you will meet a lot of people, find business builders, book more presentations and sell products! You’ve done a lot to get this booked, so you want to make the most of it. A lot of this happens in the “close”.

The best way to close is to follow our script! Then, use the close packages and help everyone individually decide what works best for them. I like to have them fill out a wish list first, and then we can figure out what package works the best. Be sure you also ask people if they have ever considered doing something like this—you’ll be surprised at how many curiosity packets and how much interest you create by simply asking!

Okay, now I’m going to tell you how Arbonne’s business works. I love Arbonne’s system. We don’t stock inventory and we don’t deliver product so what that means for you is that you get fresh products, delivered to your doorstep, whenever you want it! 1. The first way is to be a CLIENT

2. The second way to win is to become a PREFERRED CLIENT and get your products at a discount. People usually either want to make money or save money and this is the way to SAVE money!!

  • This is similar to Sam’s Club or Costco.
  • For $20, you are entitled to buy these products at 20% off for an entire year!
  • When your year is up, you can renew your membership for $15 and continue to receive your discount for 20%

  • Regional VP’s earn b/t $4,000 and $14,000 a month + $800 Benz Bonus
  • National VP’s earn an average of $22,000 a month + $1000 Benz bonus, but no glass ceiling.

II. When you approach each person as they are looking through the catalog:

Step 1: Ask

“How does your skin feel?” or “What is the one thing you would like to change about your skin?”

Step 2: Almost always you will say - “I recommend the Re9 system and I want you to get the best deal possible to get these products - it is our 50%off value pack.” (show the value pack sheet at the top, package #1).

PAUSE and don’t say anything else - give them time to respond to you

Step 3: If yes - place order and go to Step 6

If no - Always agree and understand with them first and then say “the next best deal is to get the system at 35% off with a free product and I can also get you a free product up to $100” (show package #2)

PAUSE and don’t say anything until they respond.

Step 4: If yes, place order and go to step 6

If no - again, agree and understand with them about their budget and say “the next best deal is to buy the RE9 set at 20% or pick out a few at 20% off” (show package #3 and #4)

PAUSE

Step 5: If yes or no - just place the order they want.

Step 6: After order written say “Now that you have started with the system or our products - you will want to host one of these presentations to get 80% off. Would you like to set this up Mar or April?”

If yes, book workshop right then and appt to pick up guest list. Don’t say I will call you.

If no, just agree and ask permission to follow up regarding the products.

Step 7: Lastly say one of these questions:

1. “What would an extra 500.00 do for you per month?”

2. “You impressed me tonight with your personality - you would be great at this - would you consider this?”

3. “I am looking for people just like you to partner up with me, would you explore this income opportunity over a cup of coffee? You would know within 15 min if this might be for you and you can say no. We don’t convince anyone to do this.”

If yes or hesitate, book a coffee appt right then - don’t say I will call you.

If no, agree and ask permission to follow up.
