Individual accounts:
This handout will explain how to set up individual customized filters in a My NCBI account in PubMed.

Institutional accounts:
To set them on an institutional PubMed, you would need to set up a My NCBI account and then share those preferences. Here's a brief explanation of all the parameters in our URL:

myncbishare=dukemlib [sets our filters]
dr=abstract [was to override the default when pubmed changed its default single citation view]
holding=dukemlib_fft_ndi [is our linkout buttons (dumclonline and dumcl stacks)
otool=dukemlib is our serials solutions link resolver (get it at duke)
