Introducing Overland Water Protection

A new product has come on the market to protect your property and belongings from Overland Water Damage. As your insurance broker, we recommend you contact us today to discuss adding this coverage to your policy/policies and we will provide a quote.

Here is some information about the product:

It covers damage caused by water that suddenly accumulates and enters your property during weather events such as heavy rains, spring run-off, or overflowing lakes and rivers.

And the timing couldn’t be better for this product.According to Environment Canada, over the past 60 years it’s been getting warmer and wetter.

  • Canadians now experience an additional 20 days of rain each year.
  • Severe water events that used to happen every 40 years can now be expected to happen every six years.

In addition to sewer backup coverage, the Overland Water endorsement is key in providing complete water protection for your property.

We appreciate your business — it’s our privilege to protect what matters to you.

If you have any questions about your insurance policy or need additional coverage, please contact us at [email, phone, etc.].
