SWIM LESSON REGISTRATION 2018

**This is for swim lessons only – Not for any of the Summer Recreation programs**

Session 1– June 18-June 29 Session 2– July 9-July 20 Session 3– July 23 - Aug 3

Cost: $30.00 per student per session with a Pool Membership

$35.00 per student per session without a Pool Membership

Classes: Nine(9)fifty (50) minute classes are taught Monday thruFriday the first week and Monday thru Thursday the second week. The second Friday will be a make-up/rain day, if needed.

Times:Levels 4, 5 & 6 – 9:30 am to 10:20 am

Levels 2 & 3 – 10:20am to 11:10 am

Level 1 –11:10 am to 12:00 pm

Please fill out the registration form and return to the City of Clearbrook, 200 Elm St SW, PO Box 62, Clearbrook, MN 56634; Office Hours – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; May also be left in the outside drop box located at the Clearbrook Community Center. Payment for lessons must be madebefore the first day of lessons. Payments for lessons will not be accepted at the Pool & must be paid at the City Office. You may register for swimming lessons at the City Office Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or leave your registration form & payment in the drop box.

There will be no limit for the number of children per class.

Children must be 5 years of age to register for swimming lessons. No Exceptions.

2018 Pool Memberships can be purchased at the time of swimming lesson sign up or can be purchased at the Clearbrook City office at any time. Cost of Membership includes: open swim, reduced cost for swimming lessons, lap swim, water walking, water aerobics and parent-child swim.

Individual/Single - $65

We are currently planning to open the Clearbrook City Pool

on or aroundJune 1st, 2018, depending on weather.

We will post the opening date at the pool, the City office and other businesses in town. If you have any questions or concerns regarding swimming lessons, when the pool is opening or pool memberships,

please call the City office at 776-3213. Please listen to KKCQ, 96.7FM (Fosston radio station) for all pool related announcements, such as pool closings and swim lesson cancellations.
