CLASS DESCRIPTIONS LAND:

ACTIVELY FIT – Keep moving and stay fit with this low-impact, heart-healthy cardio and body-healthy, resistance training class – for those who want to stay actively fit.

AFRO BRAZILIAN – Hi-energy class melding African, Brazilian and Caribbean dance moves. Challenge yourself!

INTERNATIONAL DANCE MIX – This class takes the fun of a dance party and brings in the rhythms and music from around the world

BODY FLEX – Strengthen the entire body using barbells, bandsand hand weights

CARDIO CAMP – High intensity class – Get the heart pumping in this high energy, challenging workout that will send you home tired and happy. The focus is on getting heart strong having fun. Cardio format may vary – kickboxing,boot camp, hi/lo – bringing you the benefits of variety.

CHAIR YOGA – For those who hesitate to try yoga because of the challenge of getting down onto the floor or doing standing poses, this is the class for you

CORE POWER – Core training at its best using time-tested exercise techniques

FIT FOR LIFE – Functional training class for older adults with a focus on improving balance, strength and flexibility

GENTLE FLOW YOGA – Created especially for those just learning or who need modification of basic Yoga poses

HATHA YOGA – Concentrate on Yoga poses, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation

INSANITY® – Hi-cardio, total body conditioning that will burn major calories. Bring a towel and water.

STEP & PUMP –Step it up with this high energy, intense workout which includes resistance training.

TOTAL STRENGTH – Resistance training for every major muscle group using barbells, bands and hand weights

TRX BASIC – Suspension training with added emphasis on technique and alignment

TRX BLAST – Suspension training classthat moves to the music

TRX CIRCUIT – Suspension training system to train for strength & stability - utilizing time, not rhythm

YOGILATES – A blend of Yoga and Pilates to develop strength, flexibility and balance

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS AQUA:

AQUA-FIT – Combination high/low cardiovascular and muscular strengthening workout in shallow water. Active, high-energy workout.. Also available as 30-minute express class.

AQUA ZUMBA® – Zumba “pool party” brings flavor to the water as you move to music from all over the worldin this cardio- & body-conditioning class that isexhilarating and fun

GENTLE JOINTS – Relax stiffened joints, strengthen bones and muscles & increase energy in this warm water class

DEEP WATER - Combination cardiovascular and muscular strengthening workout in deep water. Burn calories, strengthen from the core outward without the stress of weight-bearing.Buoyancy equipment provided.

LIQUID STRETCH – Warm water stretching class for increased flexibility and range of motion
