CARDIOVASCULAR AND MUSCLE CLASSES

BODYCOMBATÔ By Les Mills is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Great for al fitness levels!

BODYPUMP™ By Les Mills is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great for all levels.

BODYATTACK By Les Mills is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength & stamina. This high-energy interval class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercise.

BODYJAM By Les Mills is the ultimate dance fitness workout.

CXWORX By Les Mills is a short (30 minutes) sharp core workout that will inspire you to the next level of fitness while strengthening and toning your body. It’s the perfect compliment to any workout and great for all fitness levels.

MUSCLE CONDITIONING: Strength training class that utilizes hand weights, bars, bands and balls for a total body workout.

ENCOMPASS BARRE: Take dance inspired exercise to the next level. From a stronger core to better posture to leaner legs…the results are amazing.

ZUMBA: Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" in order for participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but is also great for the mind. It is a "feel-happy" workout.

CARDIO INTERVAL: Intervals of cardio are combined with intervals of muscle conditioning for a calorie-blasting workout.

BOSU CHALLENGE: The ultimate in stability and functional exercises using the Bosu as your main tool. Balance and stability will be challenged as your condition your core and every other muscle in your body too! Your heart rate will increase to keep you working strong for the full hour.

CARDIO EXPRESS: 30 Minutes of all Cardio! Perfect prelude to some great strength training! May include step, bosu, kickboxing, Hi low and intervals.

BOOTCAMP: This interval style workout includes cardiovascular as well as muscular conditioning drills for a total body workout. May includes hand weights, barbells, resistance tubes, Bosu and medicine balls.

H.I.I.T. BODY BOOTCAMP High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) restarts your metabolism so that you can torch fat & burn 700-1,000 calories a class. CrossFit inspired challenges and expertly designed workouts get you lean and builds your strength and cardio endurance. Participants should be injury free. This class will be held in the small group-training studio. Space is limited to 20 People.

S.A.S.S. (Stay Active Stay Strong): This fun dynamic toning class is for everyone and all fitness levels. Dance conditioning, balance, flexibility, weights, and pilates based core is fused together in this challenging yet easy to follow class.

STEP Old school step at it best! Come and have a blast with fun and challenging step choreography complemented with some toning and endurance work for the complete body workout!

TABATA TB: Blast fat and strengthen your entire body with a workout fitness experts have been raving about. Tabata Total Body (TB) features 20 seconds of extreme exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times without pause. With full intensity of execution you’ll be guaranteed results!

JUST CORE: 15 minutes of intense abdominal and core exercises.

TOTAL BODY KNOCKOUT (TKO): This boot camp style class incorporates boxing and kickboxing moves with toning and conditioning exercise. Taught by a former professional boxer it is great for all fitness levels.

L02GO: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand held weights, tubing, and silver sneakers balls are offered for resistance and a chair is used for standing or seated support.

MIND & BODY CLASSES

PILATES MAT: Based on the teaching of Joseph Pilates, a mat class designed to increase core body strength and improve flexibility.

BODY BALANCE: A unique combination of mat and ballet technique exercises designed to lengthen, balance and strengthen the entire body.

VINYASA YOGA: Vinyasa means breathing systems. Vinyasa yoga synchronizes movement with breath, linking the postures into a dynamic practice. The breath is used as a constant point of reference for returning to and resting in the present moment.

POWER YOGA: Works the entire body through a challenging series of yoga postures and stretches that build strength, flexibility and balance. This sweaty form of yoga leaves you feeling energized and renewed. Prior yoga experience is recommended, but not required. Newcomers should inform the instructor so that modifications may be given.

YOGA: This class utilizes specific yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation to develop muscular strength and flexibility. All levels.

KUNDALINI YOGA: The regular practice of Kundalini yoga stimulates and balances the nervous and immune system, improves strength and flexibility and centers the mind. This class has a strong emphasis on the spiritual nature of yoga by incorporating chants and meditation.

GROUP CYCLE CLASSES

GROUP CYCLE – A fun, indoor group cycling class led by a motivating instructor! This class is perfect for all fitness levels. Come listen to great music as your instructor takes you through an imaginary ride through a variety of terrains.

GROUP FITNESS STUDIO PROCEDURES, GUIDELINES & ETIQUETTE

·  Group Cycle Classes: Due to limited class size you must sign up for a bike. A variety of bikes are available to meet all fitness levels. You may sign up as early as 30 minutes in advance (5 minutes for alliance guest and non-members).

·  Please be on time to class. The warm-up is an important part of the class and aids in the prevention of injury.

·  DO NOT ENTER A CLASS IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE. Lateness to class is both a safety issue and a distraction to others.

·  Classes are a group activity. We request that you follow the instructor’s routine.

·  Enter the studio only after the previous class has finished.

·  We request that you return all equipment neatly to the appropriate storage area.

·  If you are new, pregnant or have any injuries, please inform the instructor prior to class.

·  Remember to always work at your own pace.

·  Please remember personal hygiene and refrain from wearing perfume or cologne.
