HOTEL BOOKING FORM
The venue for this year’s National Archery Championships is The Jolly Archers, Jubilee Sports Field, Kings Ripton Road, Huntingdon, Cambs PE28 2NRand your Committee has once again arranged a substantially discounted hotel rate. Limited accommodation will be available on both Thursday 15th and Friday 16th September2016 at Holiday Inn Huntingdon Racecourse, Thrapston Rd, Brampton, Huntingdon PE28 4NLon a dinner, bed and breakfast basis.
The cost of dinner, bed and breakfast is £50 per person per night on the basis of two people sharing a room. The single supplement cost is £25. Similarly if any archers are accompanied by a partner or guest, there will be a charge of £50per night for the partner / guest.
The cost of accommodation must be forwarded with the attached booking form. Please make cheques payable to: ‘CSAA’. These will not be presented before the Championships. In the event of your cancellation, no refunds will be given after the hotel closing date.
NB. The usual accommodation arrangements for Regional Champions and Regional Team members will apply (i.e. the cost of necessary accommodation for one or possibly two nights maybe recovered), by completion of the appropriate claim form that will be available on the day. Other archers may claim against the CSSC National Travel Policy from their own Region

Assembly: 09.00amSighters: 09.15 am (It is hoped to commence The Nationals at 14.00pm although this will depend upon completion of the CSAA AGM)
The championships will be conducted under Archery GB rules using Method 1 - Untimed - 3 and 3 arrows per end (Traditional York / Hereford)and dress code 307 will apply.

ENTRY FEES For all major rounds £8.00and Nationals £4.00 must accompany the Entry Form, CSAA members will receive a £1 discount providing their membership is current prior to entry.

RESULTSThe Results of the Championship will be published in the autumn edition of the Association’s newsletter, the “Ascham Review”, which is distributed free to all members of CSAA. Any entrant wishing to receive the Results direct, should forward a stamped SAE (220mm x 110mm) to the Organizer marking it “Results”or supply an email address.
