TEAM SELECTION

Pairs will be randomly selected with each pair comprising of at least one archer being a member of CSSC, NICSSA or CSAA.
If there are an odd number of archers then the last “pair” will comprise the remaining archer and the average score of the associated bow type in each corresponding month. If no score is submitted then they will be placed last for that month.

ALLOCATION OF DIVISIONS

There will be separate leagues for each equipment class and archers may shoot in more than one class. The organiser will allocate the pairs to divisions in the respective leagues based on the Novemberscores ranking.

Each division will have no more than six pairs. The Organiser reserves the right to reallocate members if their results indicate that they are clearly in the wrong division. In these circumstances points will be recalculated for members in the divisions affected.

MONTHLY SCORES

November’s scores should be sent using the attached form to the Organiser arriving no later than the 10th December. Subsequent scores can be submitted to the Organiser by email or post arriving within 7 days of the end of the preceding month, if no scores are received by the 10th then it will be taken the match was not shot.

If an archer was unable to record a score, the result sheet should still be returned to the Organiser indicating no score.

RESULTS

The Organiser will award 1 point for the highest scoring pair in the division, 2 points for the second etc. If any pairs have the same score, the pair with the most hits will be placed above the other pair. If all have equalhitsthenpoints will be decided on number of gold’s. If all pairs have the same number of gold’s, each pair will get the same points for the higher place. If the number of hits or gold’s is not submitted it will be deemed to be nil. Pairs who did not shoot in any month will be awarded 6points.

Monthly progressive results will be emailed to all pairs and publicised on the CSAA website. The full results will also appear in the Ascham News.

AWARDS

Each winning pair will be presented with two CSAA spoons, unless there is an odd number of archers where one spoon will be awarded if appropriate, indicating the round and Division in which they were competing.
