3. PUD-04-14 (CRESTVIEW TOWNHOMES)

The applicant, Crest View Townhomes LLC, seeks approval of a 70-lot Planned Unit Development (PUD). The subject site is an approximately 6.55-acre lot of record located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Highway 224 (Major Arterial) and Goosehollow Drive (Local Residential Street).

4. PUDA-03-14/MPA-01-14 TARALON RECONFIGURE OF LOTS & OPEN SPACE

The applicant, DR Horton, Inc., has proposed a Master Plan Amendment and Major Planned Unit Development Amendment to modify previous conditions of approval in order to reconfigure planned lots, open space tracts and streets within three phases of the Taralon PUD. The proposed reconfiguration would increase the number of previously approved lots from 106 to 119, but would also increase the amount of open space by 24,459 and add recreational amenities to the parks and open space system. The subject site consists of nine tax lots totaling approximately 33.08 acres in size. The subject properties are zoned Mixed-Use Residential – Single-Family (MUR-S) and are located south of 157th Avenue, east and southwest of Nightingale Avenue, and west of 162nd Avenue.
