/ Page No 64 & 86: IP Fixed Varifocal Outdoor Camera 3 Megapixel / Frame Rate: Up to 25/30fps in all resolutions / As the cameras are used in the outdoor environment for monitoring of vehicular traffics which are moving on high speeds. To capture the moving vehicles without blurr and Ghosting effect in the video, we request to consider 60 fps on Full HD Resolution and 30 fps on 3MP Resolution, as most of the reputed OEM has already introducted 60fps technology in cameras and is readily available for better applications for City Surveillance Environment.
/ Page No 64 & 86: IP Fixed Varifocal Outdoor Camera 3 Megapixel / Image Setting: WDR / WDR is the very critical facator for better imaging in varied light conditions. Better the WDR Valus, better will be the quality of Image. As most of the OEM have standardised WDR >130 dB in Megapixel Box Cameras, thus request to put WDR Value as WDR>130 db for better imaging results.
/ Page No 65 & 87: IP Fixed Varifocal Outdoor Camera 3 Megapixel / Motion Detection: 10 zone video motion detection with included or excluded options / Request to please clarify as Motion Detection for 10 Zones are required for recording or Alarming? 19 / Page No 66 & 87: IP Fixed Varifocal Outdoor Camera Lens Megapixel / The cameras asked are True Day Night and Also IR Illumimnators are asked in the tender but the supported Lens and without IR Correction. We request to consider 3MP, IR Corrected, CS Mount Megapixel Vari-Focal Lens of 8-50mm
/ Page No 66 & 88: IP High Speed Dome (PTZ) Outdoor Camera 2 Megapixel / Focal Length: 4.7 to 94mm & Optical Zoom: 20X / Most of the OEM have come up with 30x Full HD with larger Focal length of 4.3~129mm which provide distaant and better coverage. Thus we request to please consider our request of changing this with 30x Full HD PTZ with 4.3 ~129mm Focal Lenght
/ Page No 66 & 88: IP High Speed Dome (PTZ) Outdoor Camera 2 Megapixel / Wide Dynamic Range: On/Off / WDR is the very critical facator for better imaging in varied light conditions. Better the WDR Valus, better will be the quality of Image. As most of the OEM have standardised WDR >100 dB in Megapixel PTZ Cameras, thus request to put WDR Value as WDR>100 dB for better imaging results.
/ Page No 66 & 88: IP High Speed Dome (PTZ) Outdoor Camera 2 Megapixel / Electronic Shutter Speed: 1/1 to 1/10000 sec / We request to make it generalised with 1/30 to 1/10000 as 1/1 to 1/10000 is specific to few OEM only
/ Page No 66 & 88: IP High Speed Dome (PTZ) Outdoor Camera 2 Megapixel / Manual Pan Speed: 0.5* to 200*/sec / We request to make it generalised with 0.5°/s ~ 120°/s, as 0.5°/s ~ 200°/s, is specific to few OEM only

/ Page 44, Section 5.2 Project Overview / The “Intelligent Traffic Enforcement & Surveillance System” will be implemented over a period of
Twelve Weeks. / The time frame is too less it should be 24 weeks at least
/ Page 46, Section 5.4 Location and Requirement Details / The quantity of cameras / As per our understanding of RFP, it is envisaged that same camera will be capable of Surveillance as well as ANPR operation. However it may not be a good idea. The ANPR system is required to function on ROI basis however it is suggested that since ANPR requires min 1.3 MP density and it may not be possible to extract this ROI from surveillance mode. Hence it is suggested that surveillance cameras and speed cameras may be kept separate. The ANPR cameras may be specified for 1.3 Megapixel to reduce the cost of extra cameras.
/ Page 48, State Data Center Requirement Details / The storage capability / May need to be increased based on above point.
/ Page 50, Section 5.6 Detailed Scope of work / 1.3 Installing the IP Camera (ANPR & Surveillance) with suitable bracket to fix to the pole as per the requirement. Supply of all fixing hardware including customized junction box
(Environment Enclosure) is in Bidder/PB/Consortium’s scope. 1.4 Supply & erection of the poles where required (refer sr. no. 11 & 21 of section 5.4 in location & requirement details) is in Bidder/PB/Consortium’s scope. The poles dimension shall be of 6.5 m height with 3” cantilever. 1.5 Power connectivity will be provided by HPSEB, through electricity meters, in junction box (Environment Enclosure) installed on existing/erected pole. 1.6 Network connectivity will be provided by Telecom Operator in junction box (Environment Enclosure) installed on existing/erected pole. 1.7 Power connectivity for IP Camera (ANPR & Surveillance) & IR illuminator should be provided from junction box (Environment Enclosure) with 3 core 0.75 sq mm unarmored cable. GI Conduits should be used for laying of all the cables from junction box (Environment Enclosure) to Cameras. Supply of terminal blocs, lugs, & 3 core 0.75 ISIcable will be in Bidder/PB/Consortium’s scope. / Installing the IP Cameras through Junction Box, How the service provider netwrok will be connected to the camera. Do we need to provision any industrial grade switch also inside the junction box? What will be the end connectivity provided by service provider? Who will install the electricity meters ? Please be more clear about the requirement at poles.
