The following is additional information regarding Request for Proposal #SCL-3339, titled EMS and Operational Technology System Integrator,released on07/23/2014. The due date and time forresponses remainsas 08/22/2014 @ 2:00 PM(Pacific). This addendum includes both questions from prospective proposers and the City’s answers, and revisions to the RFP. This addendum is hereby made part of the RFP and therefore, the information contained herein shall be taken into consideration when preparing and submitting a proposal.

*UPDATED* / 7/29/14 / 7/29/14 / Duplicate pricing information is requested in both the “EMS SI SOW” and “SI Price Response” spreadsheets. Do you want responses in both? / Vendors can use the SOW Implementation response template to consider their price. The vendors are responsible for making sure any cost assumptions are detailed in the comments section and it is easily accessible to the city light team. It is also the vendor’s responsibility to make sure they add a line item to the SOW response to show travel and expense cost as detailed in the Price response spreadsheet. / No RFP revisions.

Could you clarify; are you requesting 2 references across all OT subsystems where we have experience or 2 references per each subsystem where we have experience? / Please provide 2 references for each subsystem that you have experience in. References however can be used for multiple subsystems. / No RFP revisions.
