The following is additional information regarding Request for Proposal # DIT-3333, titled “Consultant Services for Cloud Strategy Development” released on11/19/2015. Thedue date and time for responses has been extended to 12/02/2015 @ 2:00PM(Pacific). This addendum includes both questions from prospective proposers and the City’s answers, and revisions to the RFP. This addendum is hereby made part of the RFP and therefore, the information contained herein shall be taken into consideration when preparing and submitting a proposal.

Would Cloud strategy plans for large foundations and enterprises be considered acceptable to demonstrate meeting this requirement? / Yes, the City will expand the Minimum Qualifications to include private agencies, foundations and enterprises, as well as public agencies. / RFP section 4, Minimum Qualifications, and section 8, Minimum Qualifications (attachment) has been edited to include private agencies, foundations and enterprises, as follows:
“Consultant must have successfully completed at least two Cloud strategy plans for public or private agencies, foundations or enterprises of similar size to the City of Seattle within the previous two years. To demonstrate meeting this requirement, the Proposer must provide copies of the final plans and contact information for the public agenciesclient.”

Would private sector clients in similar size and with comparable challenges to the City (e.g., heavily regulated industries) be acceptable to meet the minimum qualifications? / Yes. We would be happy to show these plans to the City of Seattle at your convenience but would not be able to release them in a public disclosure manner. Would this be an acceptable compromise? / Yes, the City will enter into a NDA where required in order to view the plans. Please see the attached City NDA.

Are all application owners based in Seattle and available for interviews? / The City has over 2000 distinct applications. We are not requesting the assessment be done at individual application level but rather at the Application Architecture level. All Application owners are in Seattle and available. / None.
5 / 11/23 / 11/24 / How many individuals would be involved in the organizational assessment of in-house skills? / The City would like the vendor to assess the current organizational structure and typical functional skill sets within those organizations. The City desires the Consultant to provide the City recommendations on a future organizational structure and skills necessary to support a Cloud environment. / None.
6 / 11/23 / 11/24 / Please define the number of stakeholders of this engagement and their background/knowledge around cloud computing. / We would expect 10-25 stakeholders. / None.
