A Water Conservation Plan must be submitted to the City, by the business/institution requesting a contracted water rate, laying out conservation practices and implementation toward lower water consumption per month. Upon the approval of the submitted Water Conservation Plan, water use will be monitored on a monthly basis and referenced to the prior calendar year monthly usage. If it is found conservation practices have not been upheld the business/institution could be subject to normal water rates as listed above.
