V.  AGENDA

A.  Council to consider and take action on awarding construction bid for wastewater treatment plant generator installation to Total Energy Solutions, LLC.

B.  Council to consider and take action on an estimate from Brandtcom to install visual presenters in council chambers.

C.  Presentation of City audit by Greg Trlicek, Trlicek & Co., P.C. Council to consider and take action on audit report.

D.  Council to consider and take action on engagement letter from auditor firm, Trlicek & Co., P.C.

E.  Council to consider and take action on installing DSL line in city hall.

F.  Representative of Needville's Planning Commission to discuss with Council options to regulate shipping containers within the city limits.

G.  Council to discuss and take action on Planning Commission's options to regulate shipping containers within the city limits, and direct staff.

H.  Council to consider and take action to have employee appreciation luncheon.

VI. DEPARTMENT REPORTS

a.  Operation Manager to give a presentation to council reviewing the activity for his department for the month of October. Council to review and discuss Operation Manager's monthly report.

b.  Council to review a report for the month of October of the Municipal Court that lists the number of cases filed, the disposition of cases and fines collected.

c.  Representative of the Needville Police Department to give a presentation to council of the Police Department's activity for the month of October. Council to review and discuss Police Department's monthly report.

d.  Representative of the Needville Volunteer Fire Department to give a presentation to council of the Fire Department's activity for the month of October. Council to review and discuss Fire Department's monthly report.

e.  Council to review and discuss monthly report from City inspector including inspections, permits issued and permits denied.

f.  FINANCIAL – Monthly report

Council to consider and take action to pay all bills.
