Application for a proposed Re-subdivision of Lots 113 and 115 in Mason Glen Plat One Subdivision to remedy an error made during construction: The residence on Lot 113 was inadvertently built too close to the rear property line. The properties are zoned PD (Planned Development and generally located north of State Highway N, east of Duello Road, south of Orf Road, west of Lake Saint Louis Boulevard. Application submitted by City of Lake Saint Louis.)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Aldermen of the City of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Section 71.015 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri on Monday, December 20, 2010 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as same may be heard, at the Civic Center Building concerning the matter of the proposed annexation of real estate parcels into the City of Lake Saint Louis. The proposed annexation ordinance shall include a complete metes and bounds description of each parcel and should be available for review in the Administration Office of City Hall during regular business hours after December 3, 2010. The parcels proposed to be annexed are the following described real estate in St. Charles County, Missouri, to-wit:

Parcel 1, St. Charles County Parcel Id. 4-0033-4304-00-1 located north of Hawk Ridge Trail, west of Interstate 64. This parcel is recorded at the St. Charles County Recorder Office in Plat Book 5014, Page 1100 and the Assessor Office Account Number 764760A000.
