2.3 Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 12-20, a resolution to remove Dave Slezickey as a Trustee of the City of Anadarko Retirement Plan and appointing Roger Kolman and Shirley Gross as Trustees of the City of Anadarko Retirement Plan.

2.4 Discussion and possible action to adopt Resolution No. 12-21, a resolution to remove Dave Slezickey and Cheri Weber from the committee to oversee the City of Anadarko Retirement Plan and appointing Roger Kolman, Shirley Grose and Linda Howell as the committee to oversee Machino Hudelson and Associates as Managers of the City of Anadarko Retirement Plan.
