I do not allow the use of my name for the purpose only of abling the above-mentioned contractor to qualify for the project without any firm commitment on my part to assume the post of Resident/Project Engineer therefore, if the contract is awarded to him/her, hence, I understand that to do will be sufficient ground for my disqualification as Resident/Project Engineer in any future bidding employment for any Contractor doing business with the City.
