Mayor Blechinger asked for a motion to approve the purchase of 8.134 acres of property located at 17 9th Street from the Argo Family Fund in the amount of $60,000.00 and authorize Mayor Linda Blechinger and City Attorney Jack Wilson to record all documents necessary to complete the transaction?

Vote was taken with all members present voting yes.

Jack Wilson: “During Executive Session the Council met to discuss personnel, property, and litigation. There were no votes taken and no evidence received in the Executive Session. The original affidavit and resolution have been signed and I will give them to the clerk to be included in the minutes.”
