At 6:00 pm an information meeting was held concerning the upgrades necessary for the waste water plant to meet the next permit requires. The meeting included information about upgrading the plant or building a pond system. No decisions were made at this meeting.

Minutes Approval – Motion to approve the minutes of the November 10, 2014, meeting made by Bakalyar/Pavelko, all yes, motion carried.
Accounts payable –Motion to approve accounts payable, for a total of $69,928.07 made by Pavelko/Bakalyar, all yes, motion carried.

1. Planning and Zoning Board Variance Recommendation - The Planning and Zoning Board held a public hearing Motion to approve the variance request for Marge and Jens Olmem, on the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Board made by Bakalyar/Pavelko, all yes, motion carried.

2. Tables and Chairs price quote from Lakefield Lumber – Motion to approve the purchase of 12@6’ tables and 72 chairs from Lakefield Lumber at a cost of $2880 made by Pavelko/Bakalyar, all yes, motion carried.
3. SW/WC Employee Wellness 2015 Program and Budget – Motion to approve the program and budget made by Bakalyar/Pavelko, all yes, motion carried.
