RULES:

  • 2 x 30minute halves
  • 5 minutes half time
  • 5 minutes between games
  • The Referee shall start the game at the time as per the Draw. If one team is not prepared for the schedule start of play, a goal shall be conceded by the Association for every 3 minutes of delay. If 12 minutes of delay occur, the offending Association shall forfeit the game and a 5–nil loss recorded.
  • In the advent of a query or protest, the Association’s Manager is to lodge the appeal verbally to the Convenor. The final ruling on the appeal shall be made by the Convenor in consultation with the CIS Executive Officer present on the day.

THELEAGUE COMPETITION:

  1. Each Club shall play 1 League Match against each other Association
  2. The winner of a League Match shall score three points. Each Club participating in a League Match which is drawn shall score one point.
  3. The result of each League Match shall be submitted by the winning Managerto the Convenor. In the event of a draw the result is to be submitted by the number appearing first on the Draw for the specific game.
  4. The position of Associations in the table shall be determined by the number of points scored in that Season, the Association having scored the highest number of points being at the top of the table and the Association having scored the lowest number of points being at the bottom.
  5. If any 2 or more Clubs have scored the same number of points their position in the table shall be determined on goal difference, that is to say, the difference between the total number of goals scored by and against anAssociation in League Matches in that Championship, and the higher or highest placed Association shall be the Association with the higher or highest goal difference.
  6. If any 2 or more Associations have scored the same number of points and have the same goal difference the higher or highest placed Association shall be the Club having scored the most goals in League Matches in that Championship.
  7. If any 2 or more Associations have scored the same number of points, have the same goal difference and have scored the same number of goals in League Matches in that Season they shall be deemed to occupy the same position in the table.
