I agree to make this candidate available, if the time is suitable, without requiring reimbursement for any costs to the school which his/her absence may occasion. I understand that the host school will reimburse all travel and accommodation expenses related to the visit.

Registration Fee/Cancellation Policy: There is no fee payable to CIS for this workshop. However, a charge of US$42 will be made by CIS to cover refreshments and lunch which will be served during the workshop. This charge is refundable if the participant notifies CIS that he/she is unable to attend at least one week prior to the event. Should CIS cancel the workshop, it will be fully refundable. Payment details will be available upon registration.

Travel Expense: Workshop participants are responsible for their own flight and travel arrangements including travel insurance.In the unlikely event that CIS must cancel the workshop, any and all expenses incurred for travel, lodging and associated fees will be the responsibility of the participant. CIS will make every effort to reschedule the workshop should this occur.

Participants attending this pre-conference workshop must register for the NESA Spring Educators’ Conference, which commences on Saturday 2 April 2011, and pay the NESA conference registration fee. NESA kindly offers the participants of this workshop the NESA member conference rate, regardless of whether they are from a NESA school. www.nesacenter.org
