The Indiana Foreclosure Prevention Network offers free advice to people facing foreclosure. A certified foreclosure specialist is also available by calling (877) GET-HOPE any day of the week between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. ( The Mortgage Foreclosure Counselor may participate in the Settlement Conference.
Defendant is encouraged to contact the Mortgage Foreclosure Counselor before the date of the Settlement Conference.
