A deposit fee of $200 needs to accompany your group registration form in order to reserve your accommodations. We understand that it’s difficult to nail down commitments from Junior High students, but are asking for the equivalent of 2 leader fees in advance to reserve your spot. Also, groups who end up coming with less than 5 retreaters and who request “Toasty” Accommodations may be asked to share a cabin with another group of similar size to maximize our space use.

Group Accommodation and Housing Chart

The following chart is to calculate your total numbers (leaders included) and help CampCrossroads prepare for events and food. Please choose the accommodation of your choice and fill in your numbers across that line. Under the total column tally your total group numbers and calculate your group cost.

Toasty: Refers to either Deluxe Cabins (we have 6 of these which sleep 10 in each) or Grey Gables (GG) which has 33 beds (with space for up to 7 additional mattresses on the floor). Depending on the size of your group, we will assign you a cabin or a room in GG. Each unit will have a bathroom with a shower and is fully winterized.

Bring it ON (Cabins): These cabinsdo not have running water but do have heatso that we are able to maintain about 15C. Still, it doesn’t hurt to bring a good sleeping bag and an extra blanket! Full washroom facilities with showers are available in the Centre. Cabins sleep 10 people, and we have 9 cabins. Many groups have had a fun time bonding with this more adventurous choice!
