CHS Senior Events Schedule

Sunday, May 20th
Baccalaureate 2:00 p.m.
●Time: Students arrive at 1:30
●Where: Line up in “A” Hallway we will walk into the CHS Cafeteria
●What to wear: Graduation gowns but NO graduation caps.
○Guys: white shirt & tie, dress pants, dress shoes or boots (no athletic shoes or sandals) Facial hair must be neatly groomed & no facial piercings (nose, eyebrow, lip, etc.)
○Girls: dress, skirts or dress slacks, dress shoes - no athletic shoes. Facial piercings are not allowed (nose, eyebrow, lip, etc.)
Tuesday, May 22nd
Senior Awards Night
●Time: 7:00 p.m.
●Where: CHS Cafeteria
●What to wear:Guys: dress shirt & tie, dress pants, dress shoes or boots (no athletic shoes or sandals) Facial hair must be neatly groomed & no facial piercings (nose, eyebrow, lip, etc.) Girls: dress, skirts or dress slacks, dress shoes - no athletic shoes. Facial piercings are not allowed (nose, eyebrow, lip, etc.) / Tuesday, May 29th
Senior Trip to DD Ranch
●Time: Meet in the Library at 9:15 a.m., Leave at 9:30 a.m., return back at school around 3:00-3:15 p.m. Students will be dismissed when they arrive back at school.
●What to wear: Shorts (appropriate length) or jeans, t-shirt, athletic shoes or sandals.
Wednesday, May 30th
Senior Walk at MClendon & Nesmith and Group Photo 8:30-11:00
●Time: Students should meet in the athletic facility 8:00 a.m.
●What to wear: Graduation gowns & caps, cords, & stoles
○Guys: white shirt & tie, dress pants, dress shoes or boots (no athletic shoes or sandals) Facial hair must be neatly groomed & no facial piercings (nose, eyebrow, lip, etc.)
○Girls: dress, skirts or dress slacks, dress shoes - no athletic shoes. Facial piercings are not allowed (nose, eyebrow, lip, etc.)
Senior Cookout/Tailgate Party
●Time: 11:00-2:00 (Seniors may leave at 2:00 p.m.)
●Where: Outdoor classroom area behind CHS
●What to wear: Shorts (appropriate length) or jeans, t-shirt, athletic shoes or sandals.. / Thursday, May 31st
Senior Breakfast & Practice 8:30-12:00
●Time: Buses will leave the school at 8:15 a.m. ALL STUDENTS MUST RIDE THE BUS THERE AND BACK. Seniors may go home when bus returns back to school.
●What to wear: One a Brave Always a Brave T-shirt and jeans, NO CAPS of any kind.
Graduation
●Time: All graduates will need to be at Sunnyvale First Baptist at 6:00 p.m. in the Lighthouse Room
●What to wear: Graduation gowns & caps, cords, & stoles
○Guys: white shirt & tie, dress pants, dress shoes or boots (no athletic shoes or sandals) Facial hair must be neatly groomed & no facial piercings (nose, eyebrow, lip, etc.)
○Girls: dress, skirts or dress slacks, dress shoes - no athletic shoes. Facial piercings are not allowed (nose, eyebrow, lip, etc.)
●Your completed cap must be approved by May 24th @ 4:00 p.m. No unapproved caps will be allowed at any time.
●All debts must be paid in order to participate in Senior events. Please check cafeteria, library, organizations, chromebooks, etc. to clear all outstanding balances.
●Students must be passing all classes to participate in the Senior Trip, Senior Walk, and Senior Tailgate Party.
