Research Interests

My primary line of research explores psychological contracts between sport organizations and employees / athletes. In addition, I conduct organizational behavior research exploring the impact of organizational actions on employee commitment, employee satisfaction, and turnover intentions. Outside of my organizational behavior research, I conduct scholarship related to education of undergraduate and graduate sport management students with a primary focus on online education. I am also an expert on the practices of intercollegiate athletic departments.
