SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Led new business effort to successfully land $2.5 MM Ohio Lottery account. This included composition of a highly detailed written proposal, as well as organizing the creative and strategic presentations. RESULT: Northlich won this two-year contract in 2009, which became one of the top 3 agency revenue accounts.

Supervised creation of marketing campaigns for new lottery product launches. Also directed agency efforts to promote and refresh mature product categories. RESULT: Kentucky posted record sales and returns to state education in spite of a deep nationwide recession during which many state lotteries experienced sales declines.

Developed highly specialized marketing plans using data analysis and unique business dynamics. Tactics and executions ranged from event sponsorships to broadcast advertising (TV, Radio, Traffic/News), Out Of Home, Print and Direct Mail. RESULT: Regional directors of the brand insisted that this “Local Marketing” program continue as a means to support national campaign, which together resulted in 16 consecutive quarters of growth.

Marketed menu items and wine pairings for two leading national casual dining restaurant chains by supervising the creation of multi-million dollar advertising/promotional campaigns in over 40 cities. RESULT: Media and publicity increased year-over-year comp sales, resulting in permanent addition of many menu items nationwide.

Organized consolidation of two geographically separate offices by analyzing best practices, creating operational procedures and uniform standards in cross-functional departments. RESULT: The reduction of internal errors saved the company thousands of dollars, boosted departmental efficiency, and improved customer satisfaction.

Implemented a unique shared-marketing campaign allowing smaller advertisers to reach new consumers affordably. RESULT: New revenue from the development of this specialized advertising program contributed upwards of $200,000 to company revenues annually.
