Christmas Menu
Starters:
(v) Blushed tomato soup drizzled with cream cheese and pesto croutons
(v) Pink peppercorn potted stilton, The Tally’s apple and ginger chutney and warm walnut bread
Duck liver pate, fig chutney, toasted brioche loaf and dressed salad
Cucumber wrapped crayfish cocktail, soft boiled hens egg, dill and Marie Rose sauce, seeded bread and butter
Mains:
(All mains served with fresh seasonal vegetables)
Traditional roast turkey, roast potatoes, piggys in blankets and sage and onion stuffing
Glazed baked ham, bubble and squeak, cranberry marmalade and balsamic jus
(v) Roasted mixed vegetable potato cake, baked goats cheese and beetroot salsa, rocket salad
Pan seared fillet of salmon on cannellini bean, sweet potato and smoked bacon ragout, roast cherry vine tomatoes
