Tips for achieving higher levels in your Portfolio:
- Add to your portfolio regularly – it needs to document your journey through the whole devising process, you will not remember what you did in each session if you try and write it all towards the end.
- Find the method that suits you when creating your portfolio – you can write/type essay style; include diagrams, scripts, storyboards and photographs; create video blogs or recordings of rehearsals; or any combination of the above.
- Ensure you evaluate and analyse rather than just describing what you have done.
- Use the correct drama terminology.
- Make sure your writing is legible and your spelling and grammar is accurate.
