Pricing:
Standard rate for Booth:
1. Standard booth (3 m * 3 m): RMB 12,000, booth with two side open will cost an extra charge of 20%. (Standard rate includes: one board, one table, two spot lights, one lintel plate, and one electric socket,220V/5A).
2. Indoor net space (≥36m2): RMB 1,000/m2. An extra RMB 18/m2 is needed as a special management fee for those exhibitors who set up the booth themselves.
How to book a booth:
1. Please fill in the blank of the booth application form(for booth only) or the exhibition contract(for net space) (Your company’s seal is also needed with signature), then send them by e-mail or fax to the Secretariot of Plastics Recycing Committee of China Plastics Processing Industry Association before Aug 30th, 2014;
2. After your qualification being confirmed, please remit payment to the account of the China Plastics Processing Industry Association within one week;
3. The organizer will send the exhibition manual to you within 5 working days after receiving your payment.
