About Our Organization

The Lombard Falcons is a franchise of the Bill George Youth Football League. The Falcons are a volunteer, non for profit organization funded by participation fees, fund raisers, donations and sponsorships. The league offers boys and girls, ages 5-14, the opportunity to participate in organized football and cheerleading.

About The Lilac Bowl

The Lilac Bowl is an annual event. The Lombard Falcons host this event which brings approximately 80 – 120 football teams and their families over 2 days. Some of the towns that have participated are; Glen Ellyn, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Wheaton, Lyons Township, Bloomingdale, Glendale Heights, Lemont, Bartlett & Hinsdale.

Booth fees include booth space only. Vendors are responsible for suppling their own tent, table, chairs and any other supplies needed. Tents are required to be weighted down. Booth assignments will be made by the Lombard Falcons Executive Board and announced along with the event times the week of the event.
Vendors will be required to set up and take down each day. No security will be available. You will be required to keep your booth space clean at all times and expected to throw away any garbage in your area. Failure to do so, will impose a fine of $100 per space per day.
Electricity is not available. If electricity is needed, vendors may use a quiet generator that the vendor supplies with the prior approval of the LJFL Executive Board. Please indicate below if you would need to bring a generator.
Applications and payment must be received by July 29, 2016. You will be notified no later than August 3, 2016 if your application is approved or denied. In the event that your application is denied, your payment will be returned. Checks can be made out to LJFL and mailed to P.O. Box 721 Lombard, IL 60148 or contact Jinny at .
The Lombard Falcons 2016 Lilac Bowl is held rain or shine and may be canceled for reasons beyond our control. No refunds will be issued.
By signing, you agree to the above and to hold harmless the Lombard Falcons (LJFL), Bill George Youth Football League (BGYFL) and the Lombard Park District in the event of an accident, injury, damage and/or stolen property.
