Water For People is recognized as an innovative leader in the water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) sector through its sustainable approach to development called Everyone Forever (EF). EF brings together local entrepreneurs, technology, governments, and communities to create lasting water systems and sanitation for Everyone (every family, school, and clinic), Forever. Water For People is working with four million people in nine countries in Africa, Latin America, and India. Annual budget is approximately $20 million and is funded through mostly private and corporate donations.

As a member of the ARCADIS Senior Management Committee and reporting to the Executive Board, had five core responsibilities: leadership, client focus, people focus, operational excellence and global collaboration. Tasked with ensuring that ARCADIS, as the world’s leading natural and built asset consultancy, was a preeminent and trusted advisor in the provision of multi-disciplinary water services to both new and existing local, regional, national, and multinational clients.
