Sale Terms and Conditions
§ The table rental fee includes one 8-foot table. (If you requested ‘rack space’, you must bring your own standard clothing rack.)
§ A $1.00 per big ticket item fee allows the seller to place items in the Big Ticket Room to be sold by PTO volunteers. A $5.00 registration fee will be applied for non-table renters. Typical items may include cribs, strollers, pack-n-plays, highchairs, car seats, bikes, and larger toys. Seller agrees to fill out a provided form with a description and price on all items being placed in the Big Ticket Room before bringing in items for set-up. All big ticket items must be clearly labeled with the provided price tag including selling price and table number. All big ticket items must be brought to the Big Ticket Room on Friday evening during the scheduled set-up time. Items will NOT be accepted on Saturday morning. Big Ticket Room set-up procedures and forms will be sent to table renters with the confirmation e-mail. A name tag or photo ID and unsold items must be presented to a PTO volunteer in order to cash out.
§ Five (5) Vendor tables will be available to sell child/family friendly goods or services only.
§ Table renters should set-up their displays from 6:30-9:00pm on Friday night. If needed, you may set-up from 8:00-8:30am on Saturday morning.
§ Table renters are permitted to pre-shop other tables during set-up times Friday night and Saturday morning.
§ Seller agrees to check-in no later than 8:00am on Saturday. Failure to do so may result in the reselling of the reserved space and no refund will be provided.
§ Seller agrees to have their space organized, with all merchandise priced and/or labeled by 8:30am Saturday.
§ Seller understands that all merchandise must fit on or under a table, or be on a rack in the provided rack space. No merchandise may be affixed to walls, doors, or other school structures.
§ Seller is responsible for providing their own monetary change and bags for customers.
§ To ensure all shoppers have a fair opportunity to shop, seller agrees not to tear-down until 1:00pm.
§ Refunds will be given only if:
o the PTO is able to resell your space
o the building has a problem
o inclement weather occurs
§ Seller understands that they are responsible for their own merchandise. Chippewa Valley Schools, Cheyenne Elementary School, and/or Cheyenne Elementary PTO are not responsible for any item that is lost, damaged, or stolen.
§ Once your table/space request and payment has been received, and space is available, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail to you.
Seller understands that failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the removal of the seller and their belongings from the sale. No refunds will be provided in such event.
