Chemeketa Community College welcomes applications for a full-time Human Resources Technical Generalist

Position Summary

This position provides advanced technical assistance to the recruitment, benefits, compensation, and general human resource office functions. This position also provides daily support answering general and technical questions to the campus community and human resource staff as well as assists with website content for the Human Resource Office and ensures that content is accurate and updated.
Terms of Employment:
This is a 100%, 12-month classified assignment of the B3 band and grade.
Requires flexible work schedule to meet program needs, which may include evenings and/or weekends
Requires the provision of official transcripts upon hire
Upon hire, must pass security inquiry which may include criminal and/or driving history; only information relevant to the position will be considered

Chemeketa Community College is the third largest post-secondary institution in Oregon, with approximately 50,000 students enrolled from a diversity of backgrounds. Salary

$3,149.00 - $4,616.00 Monthly

Requirements

Associate degree from an accredited institution
-AND-
One year of full-time equivalent, combined experience performing human resources functions including: recruitment, benefits, and/or classification in a human resources office
-OR-
High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (G.E.D.)
-AND-
Three years of full-time equivalent, combined experience performing human resources functions including: recruitment, benefits, and/or classification in a human resources office
