BIOC 581: Physical Biochemistry

Evaluation: Homework and Presentations, 30%; Midterm, 35%; Final Exam, 35%.

Course Format:

This course will follow a tutorial format where there is no formal lecture: students will study reading materials provided by the instructors and work assigned problems. Class time will be used in two ways:

1.  Students will discuss assigned materials and explain answers to assigned homework problems to the class before handing in the problem sets.

2.  Students will make presentations on literature papers related to lecture material, followed by class discussion.
