Practice Rule Agreement

Below is a list of rules and regulations. Cheerleading can be a dangerous sport if the right precautions are not taken. We need to make sure everyone follows these rules to keep our cheerleaders safe and having fun! If rules are not followed or we have to remind you numerous times of the rules there will be consequences (ex. conditioning.)

Parents and cheerleaders please sign below, stating you have read and understand these rules.

  • No jewelry or body jewelry (no earrings, nose rings, belly rings, necklaces, bracelets etc.)
  • Cheerleading socks and sneakers must be worn at every practice.
  • Competition shoes are not to be worn outside.
  • Competition spankies are not to be worn to practice.
  • Hair is to be pulled back and out of face (no bangs please.)
  • Proper attire must be worn to practice (cheer shorts and t-shirts) If you choose to wear a tank top a sports bra must be worn underneath. Please no jersey type shorts (they are slippery.)
  • Be on time for practice, if you are planning to be more than 10 min. late stretch beforehand.
  • Practice time, is practice time, if you want to talk with your friends plan to come in early or stay later.
  • All practices are MANDATORY. It really sets us back when one person is missing. Please notify us in advance if you are going to miss a practice.
  • If you miss a practice within 2 weeks of a performance/competition, the coaches may elect to replace or take you out of the routine for that performance/competition.

Have fun!! Be Safe!!

COMMIT TO COMPETE

Attendance is the number one obstacle for success. We cannot succeed without you!! Cheerleading does not work without the entire team present. Please understand that absences could result in change of formations, stunts or sequence within a routine. If you must be absent for any reason please notify your coach as soon as possible. There is an increased level of commitment on the part of athlete, coaches and parents. Teams compete in local and regional competitions and possibly national competition. We fully understand the commitment we are asking of you and your children. In return, we are just as committed to you and your families.

Extreme Allstar Cheer Enrollment Policy

Your child’s enrollment and membership will continue from May 2010 to May 2011. If your child quits before the season ends, your child must forfeit all rights to the uniform and payments made. A separation fee will be charge in the amount of two hundred dollars in the event your child leaves the team before the season is over. All tuition for the remainder of the season will also be charged. We cannot guarantee the same spot on that team upon your return.

  • All monthly tuitions are to be electronically paid. Please fill out the appropriate form. Your first month’s tuition will be deducted in June 2010 and will continue until May 2011. A written notice for cancellation or change must be submitted four weeks prior to change.

I understand the commitment involved in enrolling into the Extreme Allstar Cheer program. I have read the Enrollment Policy and understand I will be held liable for breaking policy.
