GENERAL INFORMATION
Ponies and horses participation under the amendment will not have to present FEI passport and will not be registered as participating in an international event. Vaccination according to the rules of the nationality of the pony/horse. The judgment in any circumstances and in any matters will be according to the FEI rules mentioned in the main Schedule for this International event.
GENERAL CONDITIONS The national categorization of ponies, high below 140 cm and 130 cm, participating in the Riders riding one of the ponies below 140 cm or 130 cm have to follow the laid down rules for ages approved by their NF. For all riders riding the pony up to 148 cm have to follow FEI rules for permission to start laid down in Annex XV Special Regulations for Pony Riders.
Both pony and juniorriders have to wear protective riding vests during this event. During thehorse inspection, the person presenting the horseshall wear a helmet.

An athlete can start up to 3 ponies/horses:
1 Cat II and 2 Cat III or 1 Cat III and 2 Cat II
The athlete can also combine with horse/pony Cat.I e.g.
1 Horse and 2 Cat. II or 1 Cat. I and 2 Cat. II
An athlete is not allowed to start 3 ponies or horses in one category.
A pony/horse can only start once per day.
In addition to above the Baltic Cup Committee can invite up to 12 athletes by personal invitation. It does not mean athletes will be allowed to start more than specified above. After nominated entry and after definite entry OC will distribute invitations by their own choice, if any. NF’s who have a wish for more invitations than provided above please make a note in the nominated entry, and OC will try to satisfy the demands.

Ponies categorized under heights below 140 cm and 130 cm participating in the show competition can participate under the individual NF’s rules for vaccination as long as they are presenting an official vaccination card, showing the day of vaccination and the name of the treating vet.
All ponies/horses must be presented for a pony/horse inspection.

Friday 31 July at 07.30-08.30 Re-inspection:
These ponies are asked to bring the pony´s passport including full vaccination history and their national height certificate.

“NB: Withdrawals after the date of definite entries or no-shows will be held liable to reimburse the OC for the actual financial loss incurred by the OC (i.e. stabling and hotel expenses) as a result of the late withdrawal or no-show.

QUALIFICATION FOR THE GRAND PRIX
Each pony/horse is only allowed to compete in one class per day. The rider is allowed to start2 ponies/horses in each class except for the Grand Prix where only one pony/horse is allowed.
Qualified to the Grand Prix are:
All Cat. II (C) (140 cm) ponies which have completed one of the following classes:
No. CL 12 or CL 23. In the Grand Prix the starting order is based on a draw. (Automatic by PC)
Qualified to the Grand Prix are:
All Cat. III (B) (130 cm) ponies which have completed one of the following classes:
No. CL 11 or CL 22. In the Grand Prix the starting order is based on a draw. (Automatic by PC)
Team Competition:
The competition No.26 (CL22) and No. 27 (CL23) include two competitions, one is an individualcompetition and the other one is a team competition, both competitions are judged after the samearticle, which is Art. 238.2.2. The athletes starting in a team will start first according to the drawingcarried out by the OC. Each team consists of 4 athletes on 4 horses or 3 athletes on 3 horses.
Declarations of starters is in accordance with article 126. Counting in the ranking of each team will onlybe the 3 best athletes, in this specific class there will only be one round and if not 3 athletes havepassed the finishing line the whole team will not count. In case of equal penalties for places 1,2 and 3,there will be a jump off for one Team Member. If the team has more than one athlete for the individual
Jump off, the team selects the athlete counting for the team in the jump off.
THE TEAMS ARE SELECTED BY THE NATIONAL CHEF D’EQUIPE.
THE TEAMS MUST BE ANNOUNCED 24 HOURS BEFORE THE TEAM COMPETITION.
Overall winner of the Baltic Cup 2017
The Baltic Cup 2015 is a through-going competition for ponies, with prizes consisting of gifts.Points for winning the Baltic Cup 2017, will be allocated at each show in the year 2017 as follows:
In the Grand Prix:
The athletes will obtain points after the result in Grand Prix as follows:
No. 1 in Grand Prix will obtain: 100 points for winning
No. 2 in Grand Prix will obtain: 100 points – 4 points: 96 points
No. 3 in Grand Prix will obtain: 96 points - 3 points: 93 points
No. 4 in Grand Prix will obtain: 93 points - 2 points: 91 points
No. 5 in Grand Prix will obtain: 91 points - 1 points: 90 points
No. 6 in Grand Prix will obtain: 90 points - 1 points: 89 points
Etc.
Only athletes that complete the class will receive points.
In the Sponsor Cup
The athlete will obtain points after the result in the Sponsor Cup as follows:
The winning athlete of the Sponsor Cup will obtain points as the last athlete in the Grand Prix plus0 points. (Eg. 70 points + 0 = 70 points).
The following points are calculated the same way as in the Grand Prix.
Exp. If the last athlete in the GP gets 70 points,
No. 1 will get 70 points
No. 2 will get (70 - 4) 66 points
No. 3 will get (66 – 3) 63 points
No. 4 will get (63 – 2) 61 points
No. 5 will get (61 – 1) 60 points
No. 6 will get (60 – 1) 59 points
No. 7 will get (59 – 1) 58 points and so on.
The first 10 athletes will obtain points. All other athletes in the Sponsor Cup will get “0” points.
Only athletes that complete the class will receive points.
The winners of each categories of the Baltic Cup 2015, will be the athletes, who after the last final,have the highest score, obtained in the Sponsor Cup and/or Grand Prix out of 4-5 shows calculatedon the 3 best scores obtained at the 4-5 shows.
All the athletes in the Grand Prix are automatically declared.
The highest score will be taken into account.
In the last show in the Final 2017 a coefficient of 1.2 is multiplied to all obtained points.
If, in the end, more than 1 athlete is equal for a winning placing, the athlete who is best placed inthe Final is the winner.
