Check List – Key Stage 1, KS2, EYFS, Year 1 and Year 2 Phonics 2017

In a busy school office with many interruptions, it is easy to lose track of where you are. The check list below will allow you to quickly see what part of the process is completed and what remains to be done. It is also useful if you need to contact the Service Desk with a problem. You will quickly be able to identify what step you were working on in which Key Stage.

This will also assist you if you work within a Federation and are completing the process for multiple schools.

It is also important to check with your Local Authority where each return needs to go and what the return date is.

As these Teacher Assessments form part of the CTF that accompanies children if they transfer between schools, it is a statutory requirement that where you are using alternative software for collection of assessment results, the data is also imported into SIMS.

Please refer to your software supplier for guidance and instructions on how to do this.

The Scomis bulletin contains all the documentation you need to complete the above returns. It will also provide you with up to date information on any changes. Click on the link below.
